2. Products & Accuracy

All products are made to order. Colors, textures, and product appearance may vary depending on screen settings and production variations.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment is processed. Because items are custom‑made, orders cannot be cancelled once submitted.

You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Prices & Billing

Prices may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping times vary by region.

Shipping is included in the product price (Free Shipping).

5. Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled by Printful.

Processing time: 2–7 business days Estimated shipping times: • USA: 10–15 business days • Canada: 10–20 business days • International: 10–30 business days

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Wrong address: If the address provided is incorrect, the package may be returned. Reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at feelinggothstudios@proton.me with photos and your order number.

6. Refund Policy

All items are made to order through Printful. Because each product is custom‑produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • wrong size

  • change of mind

  • buyer’s remorse

All sales are final.

We accept claims only if:

  • the product arrives damaged or defective

  • there is a printing error

  • the package is lost in transit

To submit a claim, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (or the estimated delivery date for lost packages). Include your order number and photos of the issue.

We are not responsible for:

  • incorrect shipping addresses

  • carrier or customs delays

  • color or size variations due to screen differences

EU customers: Custom‑made products are exempt from the 14‑day withdrawal right under EU law.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, text, audio, visuals, and branding on our website are the property of FeelingGoth Studios. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

8. Third‑Party Services

Our store is powered by Shopify and fulfilled by Printful. We are not responsible for third‑party websites or tools linked from our site.

9. Limitation of Liability
